Berlin's Mitte features a worldwide known landmark called the Brandenburger Tor. This 17th century stature symbolises many revolutions and roaring times Germany has gone trough. The district is divided by the Spree river and in the middle of the river you'll find a unique island also know as the Museuminsel or Museum island.
